About the event
Join us for an Outdoor Art Urban Adventure Hike in lower Manhattan!
We will take the PATH to lower Manhattan to do some geocaching and explore outdoor art and "hidden gems" that will likely include The HighLine Park and subway stations with cool art (e.g. at 23rd St. F/M station, murals of artist William Wegman, who co-leader Jason Burch works for). Exact itinerary to be shared soon.
This hike will help the girls earn these badges in December:
- Geocacher (Juniors)
- Outdoor Art Apprentice (Cadettes)
- Adventurer (Seniors)
Girls may join us on their own - or with family. Also, if enough scouts are available, we may include dinner with this adventure.
When you RSVP, please tell us how many will be joining us - and if you'd be able to stay for dinner (from 5pm - so extending the time of this adventure).
